(148LD760650006) usable Key Features Lateral file cabinet with 5 drawers measuring 42" wide by 17" deep in almond color. Traditional maple wood desk with matching return unit. 4-drawer lateral file cabinet in maple wood finish. Two 3-shelf bookshelves in maple wood construction. Guest chair with sled base frame and purple fabric upholstery. Task chair with casters and purple fabric upholstery featuring adjustable height and armrests. Coffee table measuring 31" wide by 21" deep with wood construction. Condition & Markings The maple wood surfaces show normal office wear including minor scratches and scuff marks. Purple fabric on both chairs displays signs of use with some visible wear patterns. File cabinet drawers appear functional with visible hardware. Coffee table surface shows light scratches and wear marks consistent with regular use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. All appointments for inspection must be made in advance by phone. The items are located on the 9th floor of a building. The buying party is fully responsible for moving the furniture once sold, and the selling party will not help move.
