(148LD760650003) usable Key Features Guest chair features sled base design with black faux leather upholstery. Lateral file cabinet measures 40" wide by 22" deep with 2 drawers and round metal pulls. Bookshelf measures 36" wide by 13.5" deep with 6 shelves. Table measures 30" wide by 66" deep with single drawer and wood legs. All wood furniture pieces feature matching medium brown finish. Condition & Markings The furniture shows normal signs of office use with minor surface wear visible on the wood finishes. The lateral file cabinet appears functional with both drawers operational. The bookshelf shows some scuffing on edges and surfaces from regular use. The table surface displays minor scratches and wear marks consistent with office use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
