Overview This lot contains (1) Melvern Scrap Pile consisting of approximately 2-3 tons of miscellaneous metals. The scrap pile is classified in scrap condition. The lot includes steel I-beams, gates, signs, fencing materials, an air conditioning unit, and a boat motor scattered across the area. The materials show extensive weathering, corrosion, and deterioration consistent with outdoor exposure. (966419-6041-0010) Key Features Includes various steel I-beams of different lengths suitable for scrap metal recovery. Contains multiple traffic and informational signs including weight limit signs and nature trail signage. Features chain link fencing sections and metal gate components. Air conditioning unit appears to be a residential or commercial HVAC system. Boat motor visible with external housing and mounting components. Materials are distributed across an outdoor area near a waterfront location. Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. All materials show significant rust, corrosion, and weathering from prolonged outdoor exposure. Steel I-beams display surface rust and oxidation throughout their length. Signs show fading, paint deterioration, and text that includes "15 TONS," "WEIGHT LIMIT," and "Nature Trail" markings. Chain link fencing sections are bent, twisted, and partially collapsed. Air conditioning unit shows exterior damage and missing components. Boat motor displays "MARINER" branding and shows signs of mechanical deterioration.
