Prospective bidders are required to submit an acknowledgment statement to be permitted to bid. This sale for "ammunition component expended "scrap" ammunition will be sold exclusively to companies licensed for manufacturing or remanufacturing under 18 U.S.C. 923, or other applicable federal laws and regulations. Additionally, purchasers must be authorized to acquire ammunition components under all relevant state and local laws. The successful bidder will be required to provide the appropriate license, and sign a statement of certification to finalizing the awarded contract, see Document Sections for additional information.
