General Electric, Mdl. CF6-50C2. This aircraft is in a NON-FLYABLE condition, and it is NOT in compliance with applicable FAA requirements. See attached Documents Section for additional information. Please note that these records provided are for informational purposes only . The accuracy and availability of record is NOT guaranteed or warranted. Buyer is responsible for bringing the aircraft into compliance with 14 CFR Chapter or other applicable standards, by obtaining all necessary FAA inspections or modifications. Buyer is responsible for contacting the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all technical data requirements. The Statement of Acknowledgement can be found in the Documents section. *** WARNING: The removal timeframe will be extended based on the following sequences: 1. Winner bidder submits End Use Certification DLA form: The winning bidder must complete an End Use Certification (EUC) DLA form which must be approved by the Department of Defense before the contract shall be awarded to the successful bidder. This End Use Certificate form is attached in the Documents section. The current processing time takes approx. 30 to 60 days, but it can move in either direction. 2. Winning bidder pays GSA the purchase price (upon approval of the EUC by DLA DoD Trade Security). 3. Winning bidder (separately) pays AMARG: Any additional fees assessed by AMARG are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be coordinated and paid directly to AMARG. 4. Winning bidder MUST work with AMARG to demilitarize the required items and verify the requirements in accordance with IAW DoD M4160 28 Vol 2, Defense Demilitarization: Demilitarization Procedures. DEMIL items MUST be removed by the buyer upon EUC approval. The cost, to be paid by the buyer, is estimated to be around $35,000.00. Please see the Documents section for the list of DEMIL Items. Upon EUC approval, the winning bidder is responsible for any and all DEMIL fees. The winning bidder shall coordinate directly with AMARG to create a Statement of Work and understand they are responsible for any costs associated with the removal of this aircraft. 5. Winning bidder MUST coordinate with AMARG/US Air Force to provide Ce rtification of militarization document to GSA. 6. Winning bidder is allowed to remove the aircraft once the above 5 conditions are met; and an Aircraft Bill of Sale (AC Form: 8050-2) will be issued thereafter.
