Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The unit is inoperable and does not run. Batteries are missing. Tires are flat or in bad condition. Lights are inoperable. Other deficiencies may exist beyond those identified. No technician is available to validate equipment deficiencies or repairs required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
