Overview This lot contains (2) SmartPrep Extractor SPE 2300 systems by Horizon Technologies/Biotage, (1) TurboVap LV Model 415000-DEMUS evaporator by Biotage, and (1) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) system with 4 components by Agilent Technologies. The lot is in used condition. The equipment includes automated solid phase extraction systems for sample processing, an evaporator for sample preparation, and a complete GC-MS system for component separation and analysis. One SPE system has a non-functional sample line, while other equipment is reported to be in working order. TurboVap LV includes touch screen operation with no PC required and accommodates various tube sizes for 24 to 48 sample positions. GC-MS system utilizes ion trap technology for mass spectrometry analysis. Autosampler holds 3 sample trays for maximum of 150 samples and 18 solvent reagent glass vials. Pump is a rotary vane, dual stage model with 5 ft tubing. System includes extensive accessories including reagent bottles, sample tubes, extraction barrels, culture tubes, spare parts, and consumables. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. SPE system unit A had lower sample slide rack completely replaced around 2022. SPE system unit B has one non-functional sample line (#2). TurboVap LV was maintained under an annual preventive maintenance contract. GC and MS units received regular maintenance but are obsolete via Agilent. Equipment shows typical laboratory use with some protective plastic coverings visible on components.
