Overview This lot contains (1) collection of scrap metal consisting of (4) spools and approximately (59) inert CO2/nitrogen cylinders. The spools contain various types of wire including steel wire rope, aluminum wire, and copper multi-conductor wire. Specifications 59 Cylinders: Weight: 94 lbs each, Height: 51 inches, Width: 9 inches All cylinders must be taken with the lot. All have holes drilled in them and valves removed to render them unusable. Spool 1 (Wire Rope Steel): Weight: 634 lbs, Height: 22 inches, Width: 28 inches Not sure how much is left on spool. This wire rope has been here for years and not been used. The condition is unknown and we'd have to do a full inspection to try to determine if usable. Liability rests with the purchaser. Spool 2 (Aluminum): Weight: 480 lbs, Height: 21 inches, Width: 40 inches Not sure how much is left on spool. These are bare stranded aluminum wire. Condition is unknown. It is very old. Liability rests with purchaser. Spool 3 (Aluminum): Weight: 468 lbs, Height: 20.5 inches, Width: 36 inches Not sure how much is left on spool. These are bare stranded aluminum wire. Condition is unknown. It is very old. Liability rests with purchaser. Spool 4 (Copper): Weight: 1674 lbs, Height: 83 inches, Width: 53 inches Picture shows copper multi-conductor. Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. All cylinders have holes drilled in them and valves removed to render them unusable. The wire rope on Spool 1 has been stored for years without use and its condition is unknown. The aluminum wire on Spools 2 and 3 is very old and condition is unknown. The amount of wire remaining on each spool is unknown. Liability for the condition and usability of all materials rests with the purchaser. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Security Requirements: Due to security reasons, bidders will be escorted by the point of contact during inspection, with no exceptions. Removal Hours: Property removal is strictly limited to 8:00 AM through 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Removal Process: Upon arrival, successful bidders must contact the point of contact for escort onto the premises. Loading Assistance: The Corps can assist with loading via loader and skid loader operation. Trailer must not be enclosed. ALL ITEMS AWARDED MUST BE REMOVED.
