Vehicle Documentation The SF-97 will be issued to the registered individual or company and mailed to the registered address after payment is received. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Successful bidder must be equipped and prepared to remove the vehicle from site within a specified period. No major repair work is allowed on site. Minor repairs such as jump starting, battery replacement, and/or tire inflation are acceptable. Bidders should not assume vehicle is operable. Vehicles may require towing at the bidder's expense. On site viewing is strongly recommended by appointment only - no unannounced visits. Appointments are required to view the property.
