The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS STATEMENT: Purchaser must complete and sign the Hazardous Materials Form located in the Documents section of this offering and submit it to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, safety, handling, transportation, and disposal laws and regulations. The gamma counter was utilized at the facility until an upgrade was needed to support equipment and is no longer used on facility. The gamma counter was previously utilized at the facility and is no longer in use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
