Overview This lot contains an estimated (11) Joerns Ultracare 770 beds. The beds are classified in repairable condition. The beds include only the frame and feature two different types of brakes among the units. The beds do not include mattresses or controls. Some units may require minor brake lever repairs for proper adjustment, and visible wear including scratches, missing paint, and small dents may be present due to use and age. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Mattresses and controls are not included with the bed frames. Some units may require minor brake lever repairs as the brake function may not operate perfectly even when engaged. Visible wear includes scratches, missing paint, and small dents throughout the equipment due to use and age. Approximately 7 beds were functioning normally until recently removed from service. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading.
