Overview This lot contains an estimated (500) cases of Medline NON28759 shoe covers manufactured on 02/01/2023. The items are classified in new/usable condition. The shoe covers are blue, extra large size, non-skid, and fluid repellent. The lot consists of approximately 10 pallets of personal protective equipment. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are arranged on approximately 10 pallets for storage and transport. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Carrier Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled via email. All drivers must be legal with no outstanding warrants or fines and have REAL ID or 2 forms of valid identification. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for GSA sale pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays. Requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis. Load configuration must be annotated if picking up more than 50 pallets of material. Bill of Lading: A completed BOL must be sent to all parties on the distribution list 24 hours before pick-up. A copy of the BOL must be with the carrier when they arrive at the depot. Security Requirements: Drivers will be subject to a background check and vehicles may be subject to search. Drivers must arrive no later than 1230 on the scheduled pick-up date. Late arrivals or no shows will be rescheduled. Disclaimer The condition of the property is not warranted.
