The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview (1) Chattanooga Intelect Legend XL Electrotherapy/Ultrasound device and (1) Curlin Medical Painsmart IOD Infusion Pump. The items are classified in repairable condition. Both devices appear to be medical equipment used for therapeutic treatments. Key Features Chattanooga Intelect Legend XL provides electrotherapy and ultrasound treatment capabilities. Curlin Medical Painsmart IOD functions as an infusion pump for pain management applications. Both units are designed for medical facility use. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items show fair wear and tear from previous use. Functional status of both devices has not been verified. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items must be picked up within 10 days after winning bid. Customer is responsible for all shipping and moving charges. Items are to be loaded to tailgate. Vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only. The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send confirmation email to Brian.Winker@va.gov prior to arrival.
