Overview This lot contains (64) Xerox C405 printers. The printers are classified in repairable condition. The printers are still in boxes and unused, however they have been stored in non-climate controlled containers for an extended period which may have caused damage. Extra trays are included with the printers. Specifications Make: Xerox Model: C405 Key Features Extra trays are included with the printers. Printers remain in original boxes. Serial numbers are available in attached Excel document for most units. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The printers have not been tested and functionality is not guaranteed. Storage in non-climate controlled containers for extended periods may have caused damage. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM with prior appointment. Pickup is available Monday through Friday between 08:30AM and 03:30PM with scheduled date and time.
